TaTaTu's goal is to improve the quality of time for each individual. Every day we try to build a safe place where our community can grow without the fear of expressing their creativity and without the fear of making connections with other people. TaTaTu is the data sharing economy in which the quality of time is a priority and requires a collaborative spirit on the part of users. The platform must remain a place of gathering and positive confrontation that encourages users to improve it with their actions.

At TaTaTu, community guidelines set out the norms we abide by in order to achieve this. These apply to everything and must be followed by everyone.

We embrace the complexity of our community and are committed to ensuring that it is respected through the implementation of a set of standards. We believe that the implementation of the rules themselves, the celebration of diversity, and the acts of kindness towards others are the best way to induce users to respect the rules.

TaTaTu is careful to ensure compliance and behavior compliant with the rules but as well invites the users to report accounts or content that violates the guidelines.

In order to ensure harmony and preserve the entire community, we will eliminate all content that violates the rules indicated in the guidelines. We will communicate our choices and people will be able, by filling in the form attached in the section, to present an appeal giving proof of the non-existence of the reported error.

Accounts responsible for violating guidelines or misbehaving over time will be temporarily and permanently blocked. We will feel authorized, if the reported actions concern threats and serious violations towards other human lives, to report such users to the appropriate authorities.

We believe in the constant inclusion of rules that protect user safety, taking into account the needs that may arise from the cultural, ethnic, gender and age complexities of our community, therefore, we are committed to constantly updating the guidelines. These updates will be possible thanks to the contribution of the entire TaTaTu community.

The guidelines will regulate:

• Harmful and offensive behavior towards others --- We believe that communication is a powerful tool that should only be used to improve relationships and not demolish the personality, feelings and reputation of the people living in a shared environment.


• The safety of minors --- our main focus is on children, promoters of serenity and the expression of the future that adults are committed to build every day.


• Illegal content --- you are not allowed to support or praise terrorism, organized crime or hate groups on TaTaTu. The sale of firearms and drugs is also prohibited.


• Spam --- you are not allowed to create or send e-mails, comments, likes or other forms of commercial or harassing or unwanted communications.


• Violence --- violent or inciting violence attitudes are not allowed or tolerated. The goal is to make TaTaTu a place of gathering and positive confrontation.


• Acts of bullying, abuse and hatred --- bullying behaviors repeatedly and continuously over time towards other people are not welcome and tolerated. Verbal violence aimed at harming the dignity and safety of others through insults and humiliations will be punished. Hateful attitudes based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnic origin, national origin, sex, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity are also prohibited.


• Irregular and suspicious activity occurred in auctions --- Auctions represent the occasion in which users can redeem TTU Coins and therefore enjoy the benefits that derive from the time spent on TaTaTu. We promote a serene atmosphere in which users can feel free to play without further secondary and suspicious purposes outside the gaming perspective envisaged at the basis of the auctions. Hostile or suspicious behavior aimed at evading the operating system of the same is not permitted. Users must participate in the auctions and allow others to be able to participate by refraining from irregular actions that prevent the correct execution of the bids. Each user has the right to participate and the duty to respect others in order to maintain a positive environment. The violation of the rules involves the suspension and non-recognition of any victory in the auction. TaTaTu believes in the value of all users equally and for this reason it promotes behaviors capable of establishing a fair coexistence and participation of users in the auction. Each user has the right to play and win like the other users, since everyone has contributed.
  
  TaTaTu will use all possible means and force to discourage winnings in auctions with wallets not generated by real activity on the platform since the real wealth of TaTaTu is user activity and active participation in the community.


• Inappropriate content (nudity and sexual activity) --- We do not welcome content concerning nudity and sexual activity (this includes content that openly reveals the breasts, genitals, anus or buttocks or behavior that imitates, implies or displays sexual acts). Representations, including digitally created or manipulated content, of nudity or sexual activity are not permitted. We understand that some content may be offensive or culturally inappropriate in some regions, or may not be suitable for users of all ages.
